<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />$615,429 PARK IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />April 4, 2005 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OR LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, as defined by <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in connection with yo\Jr proposed issue of <br />bonds in the principal amount of $615,429 for the purpose of improving parks by installing <br />playground equipment and skateboard apparatus, improving pools and planting trees, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvements is <br />hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2.
