SECOND READING <br />6/6/05. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 52-05 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Demro, Dever, <br />Dunn, FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1105.02 - Districts Estabiished, Maps - of the Zoning <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map <br />of the City with respect, to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described as 16401 <br />Deiaware Avenue, Hayes Elementary School, PP# 313-15-017. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code promotes the development of and protects <br />existing residential uses found throughout the City thereby protecting property values; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code encourages the orderly development and <br />retention of commercial uses in a manner consistent with the Community Vis/on. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE cm OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map of <br />the City of Lakewood as described below to the C4 Pubiic School District zonirig classification. <br /> <br />16401 Delaware Avenue. Haves Elementarv School. Currentlv zoned R1H. PP# 313-15-017 <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood¡ County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio; and known as being <br />Sublot No. 20 in Adam M. Wagar Heirs' Subdivision of part of original Rockport Township Section <br />No. 18, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 26 of Maps, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records and being 98.60 feet front along the center iine of Kyle Avenue and extending back of <br />equal width (easterly) 442 feet deep, and containing one acre of land. <br />Parcel Two: <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being <br />Sublot No. 21 in Adam Wagar Heirs' Allotment of part of original Rockport Township Section No. <br />18, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 26 of Maps, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Records, <br />and being 141.37 feet on the center iine of Kyle Avenue and extends back easterly, 442 feet deep <br />on the side iines, and is 145.56 wide in the rear, as appears by said plat be the same more or less, <br />but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />Section 2.
