I. Wagar Avenue west and south bound <br /> <br />(b) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), a dght turn against <br />a steady red signal is hereby prohibited at all times at the following <br />intersections upon the posting and installation of the proper signs giving <br />notice thereof: <br /> (1) Lake Aveeue. <br /> A. Cove Avenue (east) south and west bound <br /> B. Cove Avenue (west) north and south bound <br /> C, Nicholson Avenue east bound only <br /> (2) Clifton Boulevard. <br /> <br />(d) Pursuant to the prOVisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), it is hereby <br />determined that the following intersections are used by a substantial <br />number of school children and are a hazard to such school children and, <br />therefore, a right turn against a steady red signal is hereby prohibited <br />between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at <br />the following intersections upon the posting and installation of the proper <br />signs giving notice thereof: <br /> (1) Lake Avenue. <br /> A. Belle Avenue all four directions <br /> <br /> Section 2.
