That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of Public <br />Works, and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />contracts as set forth above in amounts not to exceed the specified amounts without <br />further action from Council; and to enter into contracts in excess of specified amounts <br />only upon consent of Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifyidg the <br />authorized amount. <br /> <br /> Section 3. lit is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with ail legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
