That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of Public <br />Works, and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />contracts as set forth above in amounts not to exeeoo the specified amounts without <br />further action 'from Council; and to enter into contracts in excess of specified amounts <br />only upon consent of: Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifying the <br />authorized amount <br /> <br />Seètion 3, It is fOlffid and determined that all formal actions of this Colfficil <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting <br />of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Colfficil and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 4.
