<br />, I <br /> <br />Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SectIon 1. That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director <br />of Public Works, the Director of Law, the Director of Finance, and/or the <br />Procurement Officer be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />Into a contract or contracts for supplies, services and equipment with the <br />lowest and best bidder or bidders or as otherwise provided by law, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />WIndow Replacement <br />Ultraviolet Lamp Replacement <br />Return Activated Sludge Pumps <br />Filter Presses Installation <br />Primary Tank Gate/Valve Actuators <br />Thickener Tank Drive Units <br />Electrical Co-Generation feasibility Study <br />Cean Sludge/Grit Out Digester/Sludge Storage Tanks <br />Security Monitoring System <br />Thermophilic Digestion Upgrade <br />Emergency Generator <br /> <br />300,000 <br />25,000 <br />75,000 <br />200,000 <br /> I 26,000 <br />52,000 <br />51,000 <br />200,000 <br />50,000 <br />1,200,000 <br />250,000 <br /> <br />SectIon 2. That the Director of Public Works Is hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter Into contracts as set forth above In amounts not to exceed the <br />specified amounts without further action from Coundl¡ and to enter Into contracts In <br />excess of specified amounts only upon consent of Coundl evidenced by adoption of a <br />resolution specifying the authorized amount. <br /> <br />SectIon 3. It Is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Coundl concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted In an <br />open meeting of this Coundl, and that all such deliberations of this Coundl and of any <br />of Its committeeS that resulted in such formal action were In meetings open to the <br />public In compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />SectIon 4.
