<br />AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affinnatÎve vote of
<br />at least Dve (5) mernberselected to Council, otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the
<br />earliest period allowed by Jaw, amending Ordinance No 12-06, adopted March 21, 2006 for the
<br />purpose to establish appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of
<br />Lakewood, State afObio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006
<br />
<br />W1IEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five members elected thereto determines
<br />that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall take effect. at the earliest
<br />date possible as set forth in ARTICLE m, SECTIONS 10 and 13 of t,oe SECOND AMENDED
<br />CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary to provide for the usual
<br />daily operation of the City in that the City must record all :financial transactions within the
<br />appropriate fiscal period Now therefore,
