AN ORDINANCE to amend Section129.54 within Chapter 129, Department of Finance; Moneys~ Investments and Funds, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood to comply with previous changes to the chapter. WHEREAS, this ordinance is necessary for the proper operations of various Departments of the municipal government. Now, therefore BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1., That Section 129.54 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Operational Cash Funds, currently reading as follows: 129.54 OPERATIONAL CASH FUNDS. (a) There is hereby established Operational Cash Funds for the use of various departments throughout the City, as follows: Tax Department $150.00 Police Department $175.00 Building Department $100.00 Municipal Courts $125;00 Health Department $100.00 Winterhurst $1~225.00 Water Department $100.00 (b) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed forthwith'to take such action and to make such records as may be necessary to establish these funds and thereafter to show its,existence and condition at all times upon the proper records of the City. shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: 129.54 OPERATIONAL CASH FUNDS.
