<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />City of Lake wood, Ohio <br />May 15, 2006 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO <br /> <br />The undersigned, Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, as fiscal <br />officer of the City as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies as follows in <br />connection with your proposed issue of $2,300,000 of bonds and notes in anticipation thereof for <br />the purpose of improving storm and sanitary sewers (the"fmprovements): <br /> <br />1. That the estimated . life or period of usefulness of the Improvements is <br />hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2. That the maximum maturity of the bonds in anticipation of which the <br />notes are issued, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code, is forty (40) years; provided that if notes in anticipation of such bonds are <br />outstanding later than the last day of December of the fifth year following the year of issuance of <br />the original issue of notes, the period in excess of those five years shall be deducted from the <br />maximum maturity of those bonds. <br /> <br />3.
