<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />Description of the Public Improvements <br /> <br />The Public Improvements include the following: <br /> <br />The construction of river bulkheads, retaining walls and revetment work along the <br />cliff and/or shoreline, permanent erosion control and pennanent erosion control <br />devices including, without limitation, site stabilization, mudmat and tar emulsion, <br />boardwalks, public streets, streets cape, utilities including but not limited storm <br />water drainage, sanitary sewerage and water facilities, street and mtersection <br />improvements, bridges, pedestrian bridges, off-street public parkillg facilities, and <br />utility connections, all in and around the Project Site, including, as necessary, <br />dredging, grading, draining, paving, sidewalks, curbs, landscaping and fire <br />hydrants, and installing street lighting and traffic control devices, the acquisition <br />and construction of public parks, and including the acquisition of real property or <br />interests therein and any demolition and environmental remediation if necessary in <br />connection with all of those public improvements. <br /> <br />{TIP ORDINANCE {VDB3713..9);9} <br /> <br />9 <br />
