<br />1.2.3 Title VI Inapplicable. Nothing in this Agreement shall <br />confer jurisdiction under Title VI, or subject the Company's services, existing <br />telecommunications faCilities and equipment or the Facilities, or any part thereof, to <br />Title VI. <br /> <br />1.2.4 No Effect on Other Agreements. The parties <br />acknowledge that the CompaiÌy has other agreements, authorizations and understandings <br />with the City or other governmental entities, or both, regarding a number of matters, <br />including but not limited to the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and upgrade <br />of facilities and equipment uséd to provide any service (including voice, video and data <br />services offered on an IF platform), and nothing in this Agreement is intended to amend, <br />modify, replace or otherwise affect such agreements, authorizations or understandings, <br />or to confer any additional right or jurisdiction on the City or other governmental entities <br />or any additional right or authority upon the Company except as provided herein. <br /> <br />477196-2 <br /> <br />3 <br />
