<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />66-06 <br /> <br />BY: Antonio, Butler~ Demro, Dever, <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to enact a new section 5ß.14, Occupying a Drug Premises, of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, for the purpose of creating a criminal <br />penalty for being present in a structure or a vehicle, boat or airplane with the intent to <br />purchase illegal substances or paraphernalia. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance is necessary for the public health, weifare and safety; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY,THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1. That new section 513.14, Occupying a Drug Premises, of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood is hereby enacted to read as follows: <br /> <br />513.14 OCCUPYING A DRUG PREMISES <br /> <br />(a) No person shall occupy, loiter, or remain in any building, apartment, store, <br />automobile, boat, boathouse, airplane, or other place of any description whatsoever <br />where controlled substances, hypodermic syringes, needles, or other instruments or <br />implements are sOld, dispensed, furnished, given away, stored, or kept illegally, when <br />the person knows or should know that these substances, implements or instruments are <br />used for illegal purposes. <br /> <br />, (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of occupying a drug premises, a <br />misdemeanor of the fourth degree. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Section 2.
