In accordance with Article III, Se,ctlon 12, of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood, Council hereby determInes that the manner of giving <br />notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof <br />for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days In not less than five (5) of the <br />mosl public places In the City, which places have been determined by <br />Council In Ordinanca No. 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 4. It Is found and determined thai all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted In an open rneeUrig of this Council and of any of lis cómmitlees, <br />thai resulled In such formal actions, were In meetings open to the pUblic In <br />compliance wllh all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 5.
