That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of Public Works, the Director of Law, the Director of Finance, and/or the Purchasing Manager be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a co~tract or contracts for supplies, services and equipment with the lowest and best bidder or bidders or as otherwise provided by law, as follows: Professional services c~ntracts included in the 2007 Budget are as follows: 1) Legal Services 300,000
