AN ORDINANCE to amend SecLion 110502 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described as 1234 Webb Road (PP# 311-20-014) as part of the renovations to Horace Mann School BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C~FY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIOr Sestionl. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City from R2, Single- and Two-Family Residential District to a C4, Commercial, public school, District for the property at 1234 Webb Road (PP# 311-20-014) as part of the renovations to Horace Mann School and described as hollows; Legal Description of Lot "A" Situated in the City of L~kewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being part of Sublots 1, 2,3, &4 of The Lakewood Realty Company Subdivision as recorded in Plat Volume 28, Page 28 of the Cuyahoga County Records and more fully described as follows: geginning at 3/4" iron pin in a monument bo~ found on the centedine of West Clifton Blvd., 100' wide, also being the southwesterly corner of Sublot 1 in said Lakewood Realty Company Subdivision - along the southerly line of said Sublot thence N 00° 00' 00" E, 50.01 feet along the easterly fight of way line of said West CliF~on Blvd. to the northwesterly corner of a parcel now or formerly deeded to K.L. & M.D. Podmore as recorded in Deed No. 200004210276 of the Cuyahoga County Records and the true place of beginning, witness a capped 5/8" rebar, #7179 C&A, found o08 feet South and 003 feet Easb Thence N 00° 00' 00" E, 350.06 feet along the easterly right of way line of said West Cliffon Blvd. to the southwesterly corner of Sublot 5 in said Lakewood Realty Company Subdivision, witness a ~/4" rebar found 0 03 feet North and 0 12 feet East; Thence S 89° 44' 21" E, 554.47 feet along the southerly line of said Sublot 5 to the westerly right of way line of said Webb Rd, witness a W" iron pin found 1.13 feet South and 072 feet West; Thence S 00° 02' 05" W, 133.35 feet along the westerly rigbt of way line of said Webb Rd to a 5/8" rebar set ah the northeasterly corner of a parcel now or formerly deeded to A.E. & E.A. Cawrse as recorded in VoI 88-392:L of the Cuyahoga County Records; Thence N 89° 44' 21" W, 140 00 feet along the northerly line of said Cawrse parcel to a 5/8" rebar set; Thence S 000 02' 05" W, 166.70 feet along the westerly line of said Cawrse parceI and the westerly line of parcels now or formerly deeded to A.C & D.K. The Director of Ptanning and Development is hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, in order to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements.
