<br />(1) Boutique: $25.00 <br />(2) Fences: $25.00 <br />(3) Satellite dish antenna: $10.00 per antenna <br />(4) Wireless telecommunication tower, facilities and antennas: <br /> <br />A. New wireless telecommunication tower and related facility - $1,500.00 deposit <br />upon which expenses incurred by the City will be drawn and the balance, if <br />any, returned to the applicant upon final inspection prior to authorization of <br />commencement of the use. <br /> <br />B. New wireless telecommunication antenna and related facilities (without tower) <br />- $500.00 <br /> <br />C. Annual inspection fee - $100.00 <br /> <br />D. Reimbursement of expenses - The applicant for a wireless telecommunication <br />tower and/or antenna facility shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by <br />the City for any technical and/or engineering services deemed necessary by <br />the Director, the Commissioner, the Commission, the Board or the <br />Architectural Review Board to perform the reviews required by Chapter 1159 <br />which are not covered by the fees set forth in subsection (4) of this Section <br />1173.06. <br /> <br />Section 5.
