requesting party shall have full charge and authority over personnel and/or <br />equipment of the responding party that is used to provide assistance under this <br />agreement. That officer shall have full charge and authority over the personnel <br />andlor equipment at all times and places at which the assistance is provided <br />under this agreement. <br /> <br /> 8. This agreement shall be in full force and effect between the parties from <br />the date inserted above provided however, any one of the parties may terminate <br />itself as a party to this agreement and withdraw from it by providing written notice <br />by its mayor to the mayors of the other parties. In that event, this agreement shall <br />terminate 30 days after the written notice is received by the other parties, <br /> <br /> 9.
