Please substitute for Ordinance No. 20-07 <br />(Placed on 1~t reading and referred to the <br />Health & Human Services Committee 2/20/07.) <br />PLACED ON 2ND READING 3/5/07. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 20-07 <br /> <br />BY; Butler, Demro, Dever, PitzGeraid, <br /> Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor or his designee to renew an agreement <br />with Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. that will permit the City to continue to assign three <br />full-time City employees to act as service coordinators for the Westerly I, II and III senior <br />buildings and to accept reimbursement from Lakewood Senior Citizens, lnc for <br />expenses related to these positions <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lakewood Senior Citizens, lnc provides a unique and valuable <br />service to the senior citizens of the City of Lakewood through its Westerly I11 facility; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lakewood Senior Citizens. Inc. reimburses the City for all costs <br />associates with this position Now, therefore <br /> <br />BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
