ORDINANCE NO, 21-07 <br /> <br />Please substitute for Ordinance No, 21-07 <br />(Placed on 1~ reading and referred to the <br />Health & Human Services Committee 2/20/07.) <br /> PLACED 0N 2ND READINO 3/5/07. <br /> <br />BY% Butler, Demro, Dever, FitzGerald, <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor or his designee to renew an agreement <br />with Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc. that will permit the City to continue to <br />assign a full-time City employee to act as service coordinator for Fedor Manor and to <br />accept reimbursement from Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc. for expenses related <br />to these positions. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc, provides a unique and <br />valuable service to the senior citizens of the City of Lakewood through Fedor Manor; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc, reimburses the City for ail <br />costs associates with this position. Now, therefore <br /> <br /> BE 1m RESOLVED BYTHE Cl-fY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor or his designee, is hereby authorized to enter into an <br />Agreement with Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc. that will permit the City to <br />continue ~o assign a full-time City employee to act as service coordinator for Fedor <br />manor and to accept reimbursement from Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc. for <br />expenses related to this position. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
