ORDINANCE NO, 21-07 Please substitute for Ordinance No, 21-07 (Placed on 1~ reading and referred to the Health & Human Services Committee 2/20/07.) PLACED 0N 2ND READINO 3/5/07. BY% Butler, Demro, Dever, FitzGerald, AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor or his designee to renew an agreement with Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc. that will permit the City to continue to assign a full-time City employee to act as service coordinator for Fedor Manor and to accept reimbursement from Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc. for expenses related to these positions. WHEREAS, Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc, provides a unique and valuable service to the senior citizens of the City of Lakewood through Fedor Manor; and WHEREAS, Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc, reimburses the City for ail costs associates with this position. Now, therefore BE 1m RESOLVED BYTHE Cl-fY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Mayor or his designee, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc. that will permit the City to continue ~o assign a full-time City employee to act as service coordinator for Fedor manor and to accept reimbursement from Saints Cyril and Methodius Haven, Inc. for expenses related to this position. Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
