Section 2. That further all existing encumbrar;ces in all funds of the City of <br />Lakewood shall be carried forward. The approval of the Municipal Court Budget <br />includes approval of any amendment to the salaries of the Clerk of Court and the <br />Probation Officer in accordance with Sections :1.90:L3~. and ~.90~L.33 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 3. That all' expenditures hereinbefore authorized and to the amount <br />authorized shall be made in accordance with the line items of Exhibit B as <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood and made a part hereof, and that <br />any disbursements within any line item set forth in Exhibit B may be paid out of <br />the appropriation. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any amount encumbered in a year prior to fiscal year 2007 in <br />any and all funds of the City of Lakewood are hereby appropriated for the <br />purpose of expenditure in 2007 or thereafter. <br /> <br />Section 5. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depository's for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance <br />whenever claims are presented, properly approved by the head of the <br />department for which the indebtedness is incurred. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary to provide for the usual daily operation of the City for the <br />reasons set forth and defined in the preamble to this ordinance~ and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of at least five of its members elected to Council, <br />this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption by <br />the Council and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in <br />force after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Section 7.
