BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CrC( OF LAI<EWOOD, STATE BE OHIO~ Section 1, That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revis!ng the Zoning Map of the City from R2; Sing]e- and Two-Family Residential District to a PD, Planned Development for the property at 1422 Hopkins Avenue (PP# 315-10-140 and 141) and 1417 Winchester Avenue (PP# 315-10~E14) and described as follows: Legal Description of New Phase 10: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being ail of Sublot Nos. 117 and 1:18 in the Cotlins Allotment as shown on the plat recorded in Volume 1S, Page 32 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and being all of Sublot Nos. 1,2,3 and 4 in The George P.
