Exhibit A to LCO 48-07 <br /> AI~IENDI~IENT TO <br /> <br /> ~IASTER METER <br />WATER SERWCE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> Between <br /> <br /> THE C~TY OF CLEVELAND <br /> And <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT (the"Amendment") to Master Meter Water Service Agreement <br />No. entered into by the parties is made and entered into this <br />day of ,20_, by and between the C1TY OF CLEVELAND <br />("PURVEYOR'S acting by and through its Director of Public Utilities under the <br />authority of Ordinance No. 778-06, passed by the Council of the City of Cleveland <br />on June 5, 2006, and Ordinance No. 1683-06, passed by the Council of the City <br />of Cleveland on October 30, 2006, and ("MUNICIPALITY") <br />acting under the authority of Ordinance/Resolution No. , adopted <br />on , 20__. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1) PURVEYOR and MUNICIPALITY previously entered ihto a Water Service <br />Agreement for Master Meter Service to MUNICIPAL~-Y (''Water Service <br />Agreement"). <br /> <br />2) In consideration of the Joint Economic Development Zone Agreement <br />executed by the parties and attached to this Amendment as Exhibit"A", <br />PURVEYOR and MUNTCIPAL~I-Y desire to amend such Water Service Agreement <br />to revise its terms and conditions with respect to the rights and obligations Of the <br />parties. <br /> <br />3) PURVEYOR is willing to provide water and water-related services to <br />IvtUNICPAL~TY and its inhabitants on the terms, covenants, and conditions set <br />forth in this Amendment to the Water Service Agreement. <br /> <br />For the reasons set forth above, and in consideration of the mutual promises set <br />forth in this Amendment, PURVEYOR and MUNICIPAL~-Y agree as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
