<br />(2) Proposed Development Plan. A drawing showing locations of: <br /> <br />A. The larger common plan of development or sale; <br />B. The development area; and <br /> <br />C. All pertinent surrounding natural features within 200 feet of the <br />development site including, but not limited to: <br /> <br />(i) Water resources such as wetlands, springs, lakes, ponds, <br />rivers and streams (including intermittent streams with a <br />defined bed and bank); <br /> <br />(ii) Conservation Easements; <br /> <br />(iii) Other sensitive natural resources; <br /> <br />(iv) The sensitive areas receiving runoff from the <br />development; and <br /> <br />(v) All off-site utility installation areas that are related to the <br />planned project. <br /> <br />(3) Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3). The <br />permittee must adhere to all requirements of the EPA Construction <br />General Permit "SWP3 Requirements" section. In addition, the following <br />items shall also be shown on the SWP3 drawing: <br /> <br />A. Drainage patterns during major phases of construction (multiple <br />drawings may be needed); <br /> <br />B. All off-site borrow or spoil areas; and <br /> <br />C. The location of each proposed soil erosion and sediment control <br />BMP, including at a minimum: <br /> <br />(i) Permanent soil erosion control practices to be left in place <br />after construction operations have been completed (e.g. <br />levei spreaders, permanent erosion control matting, gabions, <br />rock lined channels, etc.); <br /> <br />(ii) Areas likely to require temporary stabilization during the <br />course of site development; <br /> <br />(iii) Designated construction entrances where vehicles will <br />access the construction site; <br /> <br />16 <br />
