<br />calculation, runoff coefficients based on the type of land use, and target <br />drain times for structural post-construction BMPs. In addition, the <br />following items shall be included in the Post-Construction Storm Water <br />Management Plan: <br /> <br />A. A general description of the strategies proposed to meet this chapter; <br /> <br />B. An As-Built SWMP drawing showing the location, drawn to scale, of <br />permanent storm water conveyance, detention and retention structures, <br />other storm water control structures and storm water easements; <br /> <br />C. Design calculations for all permanent BMPs; <br /> <br />D. Long-term maintenance requirements and inspection schedules for all <br />permanent BMPs; <br /> <br />E. The landowner, person or entity financially responsible for assuring the <br />performance of long-term maintenance and inspections of permanent <br />BMPs; <br /> <br />F. The method of funding long-term maintenance and inspection of all <br />storm water management practices; <br /> <br />G. Features of the design that facilitates maintenance of the practice. <br />Include a written plan for providing an area for dewatering of dredged <br />sediment, or the need to truck sediment from the site; <br /> <br />1339.09 <br /> <br />H. Any other storm water related items required by the City Engineer; <br /> <br />1. A prohibition on alteration of any BMPs without prior written approval <br />from the City Engineer; and <br /> <br />J. An Inspection and Maintenance Agreement, as defined in section <br />1339.11 of this chapter. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION MINIMUM STANDARDS. <br /> <br />In order to control sediment pollution of water resources, the owner or person <br />responsible for the development area sha'l use conservation planning and practices to <br />maintain the level of conservation established in the following standards. The permittee <br />must adhere to all requirements of the EPA Construction General Permit. In addition, <br />the following items are general guidelines and shall not limit the right of the City <br />Engineer to impose at !any time additional, more stringent requirements, nor shall the <br />guidelines limit the right of the City Engineer to waive, in writing, individual <br />requirements. <br /> <br />18 <br />
