(1) Clifton Boulevard. <br /> A. Webb Road south bound only <br /> <br /> (d) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), it is hereby determined <br />that the following intersections are used by a substantial number of school children and <br />are a hazard to such school children and, thereof, a right turn against a steady red <br />signal is hereby prohibited between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday, at the following intersections upon the posting and installation of the <br />proper signs giving notice thereof: <br /> <br />(1)~ Lake Avenue. <br /> A. Whippoorwill Avenue south bound only <br /> F. Clifton Road south bound only <br /> G. Geil Avenue south and east bound <br /> H, Belle Avenue all four directions <br /> <br />(2) Detroit Avenue. A. Waterbury Road all four directions <br /> B. EImwood/Andrews all four directions <br /> C. Bonnieview Avenue north and south bound <br /> D. Webb Road south bound only <br /> E. Granger Avenue south bound only <br /> F. Cohassett Avenue north, east and west bound <br /> G. Cove Avenue south and west bound <br /> H. West CliEon Boulevard all four directions <br /> I. Larchmont/Granger east and west bound <br /> 3. Bunts Road all four directions <br /> <br />(3) ... <br /> <br /> Section 2, It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Couecil and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, properb/, health, safety <br />and welfare in the City and for the usual daily operation of the City for the reasons set <br />forth and defined in the preamble to this ordinance, and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of at least five (5) of its members elected to Council, this ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption by the Council and <br /> <br /> <br />
