<br />ORDINANCE NO <br /> <br />90-07 <br /> <br />BY· Antonio, Butler, Demro, Dever, <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelíe. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor or his designee, for and on <br />behalf of the City of Lakewood to enter into a Contract with the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of County Commissioners, Department of Senior & Adult Services, to <br />provide home delivered meals, homemaker services, personal care services, and <br />medical transportation services under the CUYAHOGA COUNTY Options FOR <br />ELDERS PROGRAM from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Cuyahoga County Board of County Commissioners <br />is administering a program of grants under the CUYAHOGA COUNTY Options <br />FOR ELDERS PROGRAM, whereby this City may obtain funds to provide <br />programs for persons 60 years of age or older Now Therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO, <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Mayor or his designee, for and on behalf of the <br />City of Lakewood, is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />the Cuyahoga County Board of County Commissioners, providing partial funding <br />of the City's Program under CUYAHOGA COUNTY Options FOR ELDERS <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Section 2.
