<br />Clerk shall save until the next regular meeting, all matters received after 5:00 p.m. of <br />the prior Wednesday. The docket and agenda for special meetings shall only include <br />those matters designated by the person calling the same. Supplemental dockets will <br />only be prepared upon the approval and instructions of the President of Council. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Section 2.
