The Council of the City of Lake wood hereby detennines that entering <br />into an agreement to sell said property to the Board of Education of the Lakewood City Schools is <br />in the best interest of the public health, safety, and welfare of the City of Lake wood. <br /> <br />Section 4. It is found and detennined that all fonnal actions ofthis Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in <br />such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Section 5.
