<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 145 and the northeast corner of Lot 144 in said Walton Brothers <br />Lakewood Heights Allotment, said corner being on the west line of vacated Robinwood Ave. (Ordinance No. 77-68), <br />said corner also being the TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING of the parcel of land hereinafter described, thence <br />clockwise along the following four (4) courses and distances: <br /> <br />1) Thence along the south line of said Lot 145 and the north line of said Lot 144, <br />N 810 06' 33" W for a distance of 150.94 feet to a point on the west line of said. Kleinman's Realty Company's Blossom Park Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book <br />75, Page 5; <br />2) Thence along the west line of said Walton Brothers Lakewood Allotment and the east line of said Lot 17, N 8° 51' <br />48" E for a distance of 20.81 feet to a Drill Hole set in a sidewalk, said Drill set also being on the south right of way <br />line of Franklin Blvd. (variable width); <br />3) Thence along the south right of way line of said Franklin Blvd., S 75° 28' 29" E for a distance of 151.69 feet to a <br />point on the east line of said Lot 145 and the west line of said vacated Robinwood Ave.; <br />4) Thence along the west line of said vacated Robinwood Ave. and the east line of said Lot 145, S 80 53' 27" W for a <br />distance of 5.92 feet to the True Place of Beginning and containing 0.0463 acres (2,018 sq.ft.) of land, more or less, <br />and subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record as surveyed under the supervision of James E. <br />Karing, P.s. Number 7539, for GPD Associates, in January of 2008. <br /> <br />Basis of Bearing is to an assumed meridian and is used to delineate angles only. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Director of Planning and Development is hereby authorized and directed to make <br />the reclassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, in order to reflect the amendment <br />designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3.
