<br />Seven Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars ($228,777.00) for the 2008 calendar year <br />pursuant to the authority granted in Section 3709.07 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Said amount shall be prorated for dates of service provided. <br /> <br />Section 2. In addition to fees paid for public health services, the City of <br />Lakewood is hereby authorized to forward a prorated share of all license fees collected <br />to date to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health for the following state mandated <br />programs (where applicable): <br /> <br />Mandatory Program <br />Food Safety Programs <br />Food Vending <br />Public Swimming Pools/Spas <br />Marinas <br />Tattoo and Body Piercing <br />Manufactured Home Parks <br />Solid Waste Facilities <br />School Environment <br /> <br />License/Inspection Year <br />March 1 to February 28th <br />March 1st to February 28th <br />June 1st to May 31st <br />April 1st to March 31st <br />July 1st to June 30th <br />January 1st to December 31st <br />January 1st to December 31st <br />School Year (no fee for schools) <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, safety <br />and welfare in the City and for the usual daily operation of the City for the reasons set <br />forth and defined in the preamble to this ordinance, and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of at least five (5) of its members elected to Council, this ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption by the Council and <br />approval by the Mayor otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Adopted: rt¡;J J 3¡1fJó/' <br /> <br />~.º <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />Approved: ¥ cJ.-'I; õl-eJ-t:¡J% <br /> <br />·111 7. ~ <br />CLERry 0-- <br /> <br />;/~o/:ÞJ <br />MAYOR <br />
