Newly hired full-time employees shall be placed at a <br />pay rate within the pay grade or level to which their classification has <br />been assigned in accordance with the Human Resources Department <br />Policy and Procedures. All full-time employees may advance through the <br />pay grade in accordance with the Human Resources Department Policy <br />and Procedures. <br />
