released shall fail to remove the animal immediately and directly from the City. <br />506.14 POLICE DOGS. <br />The terms "dangerous animal" and "vicious animal,' as used in this chapter, do <br />not include police dogs that have been trained and may be used to assist law <br />enforcement officers in the performance of their official duties. <br />506.99 PENALTY. <br />(a) Whoever violates Sections 506.01, 506.05 or 506.6 shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />(b) Whoever violates section 506.04, 506.07, 506.08, 506.12 or 506.13 shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Section 3.
