If approved by the Commission pursuant to Section 1173.02, the following may be permitted as <br />conditional uses provided that the standards and conditions hereinafter specified are met: <br />(a) Roomer, pursuant to subsection 1161.03(q). <br />(g) Wind generation facility pursuant to Chapter 1160 <br />Section 3. That Section 1123.04, Conditionally Permitted Uses, of the Zoning Code <br />of the City of Lakewood, currently reading as follows: <br />1123.04 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES <br />If approved by the Commission pursuant to Section 1173.02, the following may be permitted as <br />conditional uses provided that the standards and conditions hereinafter specified are met: <br />(g) Roomer, pursuant to subsection 1161.03(q) <br />(g) Residential wind turbine pursuant to subsection 1161.03(x), <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1123.04 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES <br />If approved by the Commission pursuant to Section 1173.02, the following may be permitted as <br />conditional uses provided that the standards and conditions hereinafter specified are met: <br />(g) Roomer, pursuant to subsection 1161.03(q). <br />(g) Wind generation facility pursuant to Chapter 1160 <br />Section 4. That Section 1125.03. Permitted Accessory Uses, of the Zoning Code of <br />the City of Lakewood, currently reading as follows: <br />1125.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES <br />The following accessory uses shall be permitted when located on the same lot or parcel with a <br />permitted principal use: <br />(a) A garage not to exceed 400 square feet in area or the requirements of Section 1125.09, <br />whichever is greater. <br />(b) Signs as regulated by Chapter 1151 <br />
