(g) Mixed Use Overlay District pursuant to Chapter 1135. <br />(h) Bed and Breakfast Establishment, pursuant to subsection 1161.03(c). <br />(i) Residential wind turbine pursuant to subsection 1161.03(x). <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1127.04 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES <br />If approved by the Commission pursuant to Section 1173.02, the following may be permitted as <br />conditional uses provided that the standards and conditions hereinafter specified are met: <br />(a) Convenience food shops or delicatessens, and barber and beauty shops, pursuant to <br />subsection 1161.03(d). <br />(b) Places of Worship, pursuant to subsection 1161.03(m). <br />(c) Professional, medical, and general business offices, pursuant to subsecfion 1161.03(n). <br />(d) Type A Child Day-Care, pursuant to subsection 1161.03(e). <br />(e) Parking facilities, including surface parking lots and parking garages of up to three (3) <br />stories in height; pursuant to subsection 1161.03(1), provided that any structure complies <br />with all other provisions of this Chapter and the Ordinances. <br />(f) Wireless telecommunication antenna(s) pursuant to subsection 1159.04(c)(2). <br />(g) Mixed Use Overlay District pursuant to Chapter 1135. <br />(h) Bed and Breakfast Establishment, pursuant to subsection 1161.03(c). <br />(i) Wind generation facility pursuant to Chapter 1160. <br />Section 6. That new Chapter 1160 shall be enacted to read as follows: <br />CHAPTER 1160: WIND ENERGY FACILITY <br />1160.01 PURPOSE <br />This Chapter is adopted in order to provide for the construction and operation of Wind Energy <br />Facilities in the City including Lakewood's jurisdictional limit two (2) miles into Lake Erie, <br />subject to reasonable conditions that will protect the public health, safety and welfare. <br />1160.02 DEFINITIONS <br />(a) APPLICANT means the person or entity filing an application under this Chapter. <br />
