HOME Program, to supplement the Grow Lakewood Housing Fund, and to expand the program <br />to include up to $25,000 for properties that are vacant, abandoned or foreclosed upon; said <br />amended agreement to contain such terms and conditions as deemed necessary by the Director of <br />Law to protect the public interest. <br />Section 2.
