shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />903.99 Penalty. <br />(a) Whoever violates Section 903.09 shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be <br />fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) dollars <br />nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for a <br />first offense, and for a second or subsequent offense <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />(b) Whoever violates Section 903.10 by failing to comply <br />with a citation and order issued thereunder shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof <br />shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars <br />($25.00) dollars nor more than one thousand dollars <br />($1,000.00). Each day such violation occurs or con- <br />tinues shall constitute a separate offense. <br />Section 3.
