card, or special license plates that then were valid but the offender or the person failed <br />to display the placard or special license plates as described in Section 351.23(f)(1)A. or <br />B, shall be charged one hundred dollars ($100.00). <br />(D) Whoever violates Section 351.16 shall be charged eighty dollars ($80.00) <br />except that if such fee is paid in full within seventy-two hours such fee shall be reduced <br />to fifty dollars ($50.00). <br />(E) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 355.06(a), (b) or (c), or <br />Chapter 353 shall be charged twenty-five dollars ($25.00) except that if such fee is paid <br />in full within seventy-two hours such fee shall be reduced to fifteen dollars ($15.00). <br />(F) Whoever violates any other provision of Chapter 351, 353 or 355, for which no <br />other fee is specified, shall be charged twenty-five dollars ($25.00) except that if such <br />fee is paid in full within seventy-two hours such fee shall be reduced to fifteen dollars <br />($15.00). <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect August 1, 2010. <br />Section 4.
