sales receipt for the device or other acknowledgment of sale issued by the <br />manufacturer. <br />(c) This section does not preclude, and shall not be construed as precluding <br />prosecution for theft in violation of Section 545.05 of the General Offenses Code, or for <br />receiving stolen property in violation of Section 545.18 of the General Offenses Code. <br />(ORC 4511.18) <br />(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree <br />and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 303.99(b). <br />(ORC 4511.99(L)) <br />313.09 PLACEMENT OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES. <br />Stop signs or yield signs shall be erected on all streets intersecting through streets <br />or main thoroughfares. The Director of Public Safety is authorized and directed to place <br />and maintain such traffic control devices and traffic control signals upon all streets as <br />he shall deem necessary to indicate and to carry out the provisions of this Traffic Code <br />or to regulate, warn or guide traffic. <br />(Ord. 4830. Passed 4-21-52.) <br />313.10 PROHIBITED TURNS ON RED SIGNALS. <br />(a) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), it is hereby determined <br />that the following intersections are used by a substantial number of school children and <br />are a hazard to such school children and, therefore, a right turn against a steady red <br />signal is hereby prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday at the following intersections, upon the posting and installation of the <br />proper signs giving notice thereof: <br />(1) Clifton Boulevard. <br />A.
