to theft, or for receiving stolen property in violation of Ohio R.C. 2913.51 or a municipal <br />ordinance relating to receiving stolen property. <br />(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third <br />degree. <br />313.09 PLACEMENT OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES. <br />Stop signs or yield signs shall be erected on all streets intersecting through streets <br />or main thoroughfares. The Director of Public Safety is authorized and directed to place <br />and maintain such traffic control devices and traffic control signals upon all streets as <br />he shall deem necessary to indicate and to carry out the provisions of this Traffic Code <br />or to regulate, warn or guide traffic. <br />(Ord. 4830. Passed 4-21-52.) <br />313.10 PROHIBITED TURNS ON RED SIGNALS. <br />(a) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), it is hereby determined <br />that the following intersections are used by a substantial number of school children and <br />are a hazard to such school children and, therefore, a right turn against a steady red <br />signal is hereby prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday at the following intersections, upon the posting and installation of the <br />proper signs giving notice thereof: <br />(1) Clifton Boulevard. <br />A. Webb Road all directions except south bound <br />B. Bunts Road north and east bound <br />C. Nicholson Avenue all four directions <br />D. Summit Avenue all four directions <br />E. Whippoorwill Avenue south bound only <br />F. Clifton Road south bound only <br />G. Geil Avenue south and east bound <br />H. Belle Avenue all four directions <br />(2) Detroit Avenue. <br />A. Waterbury Road all four directions <br />B. Elmwood/Andrews all four directions <br />C. Bonnieview Avenue north and south bound <br />D. Webb Road south bound only <br />E. Granger Avenue south bound only <br />F. Cohassett Avenue north and east bound <br />G. Cove Avenue south and west bound <br />H. West Clifton Boulevard all four directions <br />I.
