(A) Whoever violates Section 351.01(a) through (p), (r) or (s) through Section 351.18 or Section 351.20(b) or (c) or Section 351.23(a), (b), (c) or (d) shall be charged thirty-five dollars ($35.00) except that if such fee is paid in full within seventy-two (72) hours such fee shall be reduced to twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (B) Whoever violates Section 351.01(q) or Section 351.27 shall be charged forty- five dollars ($45.00) except that if such fee is paid in full within seventy-two (72) hours such fee shall be reduced to thirty-five dollars ($35.00). (C) Whoever violates Section 351.23(f) shall be charged two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) except that if such fee is paid within seventy-two (72) hours, such fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00). Anyone admitting to violating Section 351.23(f) and showing that the offender or the person for whose benefit the vehicle was being operated had been issued a removable windshield placard that then was valid, parking card, or special license plates that then were valid but the offender or the person failed to display the placard or special license plates as described in Section 351.23(f)(1)A. or B. shall be charged one hundred dollars ($100.00). (D) Whoever violates Section 351.16 shall be charged eighty dollars ($80.00) except that if such fee is paid in full within seventy-two (72) hours such fee shall be reduced to fifty dollars ($50.00). (E) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 355.06(a), (b) or (c), or Chapter 353 shall be charged twenty-five dollars ($25.00) except that if such fee is paid in full within seventy-two (72) hours such fee shall be reduced to fifteen dollars ($15.00). (F) Whoever violates any other provision of Chapter 351, 353 or 355, for which no other fee is specified, shall be charged twenty-five dollars ($25.00) except that if such fee is paid in full within seventy-two hours (72) such fee shall be reduced to fifteen dollars ($15.00). Section 2. That the Lakewood Municipal Court is hereby requested to authorize the establishment of the Parking Violations Bureau in accordance with R.C. Section 4521.04. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect August 1, 2010. Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, safety and welfare in the City and for the usual daily operation of the City for the reasons set forth and defined in the preamble to this ordinance, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) of its members elected to Council, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption by the Council ~S
