(g) The Director is advised to seek at any time the cooperation and aid of the U. <br />S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and any other person or group <br />regarding any matter before the Director as he deems appropriate. <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />516.07 ADMINISTRATION, DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT SERVICE AND <br />ENFORCEMENT. <br />(a) This chapter shall be administered by the Director of Community <br />Development, and the Director shall also be responsible for the establishment and <br />administration of a discrimination complaint service. <br />(b) The discrimination complaint service shall be available to any person who <br />alleges that his rights have been denied relative to housing and/or financing for housing <br />because of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ancestry, handicap, familial <br />status, national origin, or gender identity or expression. <br />(c) .. . <br />Section 6. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: µ ZU 2V!
