(b) For the purposes of this section, there shall be an irrebuttable presump- <br />tion, that, when kept or maintained within the City, the animals listed <br />below are considered dangerous animals to which the prohibition of <br />subsection (a) hereof, in the absence of an exemption pursuant to sub- <br />sections (c) or (d) hereof, applies: <br />(5) Bovines fBovidae), includes all members of the bovine family, <br />for example goats, sheen, bison and buffalo; <br />(6) Cheetahs (Acinonyxjubatus); <br />(7) Crocodilians (Crocodilia); <br />(8) Constrictor snakes when fourteen feet in length or more; <br />(10) Coyotes (Canis latrans); <br />(11) Deer (Cervidae), includes all members of the deer family, for <br />example, white-tailed deer, elk, antelope and moose; <br />(12) Elephants (Elephas and Loxodonta); <br />(13) Foxes (Canis vulpes); <br />(14) Gamecocks and other fighting birds; <br />(15) Hippopotami (Hippopotamidae); <br />(16) Horses (Equidae). includes all members of the horse family, <br />for example donkeys. mules and zebras; <br />17 Hyenas (Hyaenidae); . <br />Jaguazs (Panthera onca); <br />(19) Leopazds (Panthera pardus); <br />20 Lions (Panthera leo); <br />(21) Lynxes (Lynx); <br />(22) Monkeys, old world (Cercopithecidae); <br />Ostriches (Struthio); <br />24 Piranha fish (Characidae); <br />(25) Puma (Felis concolor), also known as cougars, mountain lions <br />and panthers; <br />Rhinoceroses (Rhinocerotidae); <br />27 Sharks (class Chondrichthyes); <br />
