Section 7. Section 771.06 of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances, currently <br />reading as follows: <br />771.06 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT. <br />Upon receipt of a properly completed application form and upon compliance <br />with Sections 771.02, 771.03 and 771.04, the Superintendent of the Division of <br />Pazks and Public Grounds shall instruct the Division of Pernuts to issue a per- <br />mit. <br />shall be and hereby is amended to read as follows: <br />771.06 ISSUANCE OF PERMTT. <br />Upon receipt of a properly completed application form and upon compliance <br />with Sections 771.02, 771.03 and 771.04, the <br />Director of Public Works or his or her desiaree shall <br />instruct the ^~°~°~T10°o .n,.~ro~orz-~racu .....:«°°--°~«~ Department of Public Works to issue a permit. <br />Section 8. Section 771.07 of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances, currently <br />reading as follows: <br />771.07 REVOCATION OF PERMIT. <br />The Division of Permits is authorized to revoke a permit issued pursuant to this <br />chapter upon the advice from the Superintendent of the Division of Parks and <br />Public Grounds for one or several of the following reasons: <br />(a) Misrepresentation of a material fact by the applicant in obtaining a <br />permit or the renewal thereof. <br />(b) Violation of any provision of this chapter or that such person, firm or <br />corporation holding a permit pursuant to this chapter is engaged in <br />practicing fraud upon any person, firm or corporation for whom he is <br />performing forestry or tree surgery for hire within the City.. <br />shall be and hereby is amended to read as follows: <br />771.07 REVOCATION OF PERMIT. <br />The Ptiu~its Denartment of Public Works is authorized to revoke a <br />permit issued pursuant to this chapter upon the advice from the Superintendent <br />Director of Public Works or his or <br />her designee for one or several of the following reasons. <br />(b) Violation of any provision of this chapter or that such person, firm or <br />corporation holding a permit pursuant to this chapter is engaged in <br />practicing fraud upon any person, firm or corporation for whom he or <br />she is performing forestry or tree surgery for hire within the City <br />
