and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in sec- <br />tion 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code made a dan- <br />gerous animal. including those defined in Section 506 03 <br />within the City provided that the veterinarian veterinar~facil- <br />ity and animal rescue organization keeps the animal in the fur- <br />therance of legitimate business or charitable interests adheres <br />to all lawful orders of the Director of Public Safety or his or <br />her desienee which are deemed necessary to ensure the safety <br />of the public, and keeps the dangerous animal for a period of <br />not longer than 60 dates. <br />Section 2.
