<br />wheels in the front and one wheel in the rear, any of which is more
<br />than fomteeu inches in diameter.
<br />(b) "Motorized bicycle" means any vehicle having either hvo tandem
<br />wheels or one wheel hr the front and two wheels in the rear, that is
<br />capable of being pedaled and is equipped with a helper motor of
<br />not more than fifty cubic centimeters piston displacement which
<br />produces no more than one brake horsepower and is capable of
<br />propelling the vehicle at a speed of no greater than twenty miles
<br />per hour on a level surface.

<br />(a) "Bicycle" means every device, other than a tricycle device that is

<br />~ "Toy vehicle" means any device that has wheels and is designed
<br />for play, except that "toy vehicle" does not include bicycles or mo-
<br />torized bicycles. "Toy vehicle" includes devices having all wheels
<br />[ha[ are less than fourteen inches in diameter, except as those de-
<br />vices may be othenvise provided for in the Codified Ordinances.
<br />Section 2. Section 373.02, Riding upon Seats; Handle Bars; Helmets and Glasses,
<br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, cutrently reading as follows:
<br />373.02 RIDING UPON SEATS; HANDLE BARS; HELMETS
<br />AND GLASSES.
<br />(a) For purposes of this section "snowmobile" has the same meaning
<br />as given that term in Ohio R.C 4519.01.
<br />(b) No person operating a bicycle shall ride other than upon or astide
<br />the permanent and regular seat attached thereto, or cany any other
<br />person upon such bicycle other than upon a firmly attached and
<br />regular seat thereon, and no person shall ride upon a bicycle other
<br />than upon such a firmly attached and regular seat.
<br />(c) No person operathrg a motorcycle shall ride other than upon or
<br />astride the permanent and regular seat or saddle attached thereto,
<br />or carry any other person upon such motorcycle other than upon a
<br />firmly attached and regular seat or saddle thereon, and no person
<br />shall ride upon a motorcycle other than upon such a firnrly at-
<br />tached and regular seat or saddle.
