This paragraph does not requhe reduced <br />speeds for bicycles when other vehicles are not present. <br />shall be and hereby is amended to read as follows: <br />373.10 RIDING ON SIDEWALK. <br />(b) No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk, upon or along <br />which signs have been erected by authority of the Director of Pub- <br />lic Safety prohibiting such bicycle riding; or if the bicycle is wider <br />than the customary widths of rivo-wheeled bicycles. <br />Section 6. It is found and detetmined that all formal actions of this Council con- <br />cerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in au open meeting of <br />this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance <br />with all legal requirements. <br />Section 7.
