Section 2. Section 146.04, Advisory, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, <br />currently reading as follows: <br />146.04 ADVISORY. <br />The Lakewood Animal Safety and Welfare Advisory Board shall be advisory <br />and shall coordinate its activities with the Administration and Council and any <br />other boards or agencies. The Lakewood Animal Safety and Welfare Advisory <br />Board is authorized to undertake any task requested that is consistent with its <br />purpose. <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />146.04 ADVISORY; REPORTS. <br />The Lakewood Animal Safety and Welfare Advisory Board shall beadvisery <br />and -shat eeefdinate its activities •a, the Administration and Council and a <br />other boards or ageneies advise Council. the Mayor, and the Mayor's <br />administration on issues formally referred to the Board by Council.
