Section 2. Section 142.09, Public Records; Reporting Duties, of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood, currently reading as follows: <br />142.09 PUBLIC RECORDS; REPORTING DUTIES. <br />The Lakewood Community Relations Advisory Commission shall keep records <br />of its meetings and activities and shall submit a semi - annual report at a regularly <br />scheduled meeting of Lakewood City Council.
