905.07 ANIMALS. <br />(d) If dogs are permitted within any park pursuant to subsection (a) hereof, <br />no person shall fail to adhere to the following rules and restrictions: <br />(5) Notwithstanding any provision of this section, dogs shall be prohibited <br />from the following areas within Madison Park, Lakewood Park and <br />Kauffinan Park: <br />Section 3.
