565.10 PROHIBITED TREES. <br />Any silveF fnaple, heaey laeust, poplar, e e }derer }vine <br />tree upon private property in the City that is found by the Director to <br />pose by its roots or other features an innninent hazard and threat to <br />public health and safety on public property, in <br />thfough or under the surface of any p°""° place, is hereby declared to <br />be a public nuisance, and shall be abated by the Director. <br />Section 2.
